Our staff are our ambassadors and are a vital key to our success. Staff are recruited after a satisfactory completion of our vetting procedures. We then ensure they are fully trained by our managers and supervisors.
By investing in our staff and paying them above average rates enables us to retain them and build up solid client relationships. Staff are given a thorough explanation of clients requirements and all sites are monitored by both the supervisors and the management.
All staff are uniformed so they are readily identifiable. All staff are contracted to ensure that they receive all statutory requirements.
